The Digital Humanities Center has open hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 1-8 PM. Please visit our COVID-19 page for more information about how to work with us this year.

This year's kickoff ceremony on Feb. 8, 12pm, will feature a conversation between Barnard DHC's own Madiha Zahrah Choksi and Lisa Rhody, digital humanities scholar at The Graduate Center, CUNY. They will discuss NYCDH as a community of practice impacted by this year's ongoing crises and traumas.

Alicia Peaker, DHC’s Associate Director, will lead a workshop for NYCDH entitled Reducing Your Digital Carbon Footprint. This workshop will help participants explore the material impacts of our digital lives through the Black feminist praxis framework of adrienne maree brown’s Emergent Strategy: Shaping Change, Changing Worlds.
