Connect with Us
The Digital Humanities Center provides a hybrid space for Barnard to connect across disciplines, across campus, and across the world. The Barnard community is welcome to make use of the DHC’s resources to develop new pedagogical approaches and build digital technologies into existing courses, develop and support student research projects, pilot new methodologies, expand scholarly research projects, review scholarship in progress, and collaborate with scholars remotely.
Planning a global collaboration? Have a project or an event that you think would benefit from the DHC’s support? Working on exciting, interdisciplinary research? Incorporating digital humanities into your course? Get in touch at digitalhumanities@barnard.edu.
Members of the Barnard and Columbia communities are also encouraged to visit the space during our open hours to speak with one of our trained student workers about DH technologies, study, check out a book from our curated library, work on a collaborative puzzle, or play with The Oracle for Transfeminist Technologies card deck. For the Fall 2023 semester, the Digital Humanities Center has open hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 1-8 PM.
